Hi I'm Mia, although my nearest and dearest like to call me mim.
As a current nutrition and dietetic student and mat pilates instructor I have a genuine passion for wellness, especially women's health. I strongly believe healthcare should look at the whole individual, including the physical, mental and spiritual. My intrinsic love for learning and writing allowed me to create this new platform of shared knowledge. It is hoped that I can inspire more self love in women and help forge balanced routines to enhance their health. The core pillars of wellness I believe can truly make a difference are nutrition, movement and mindfulness.
